FAQ
HOW LONG CAN MY EXTENSIONS LAST?
How long your extensions can last depends mainly on how well you take care of them and how fast your natural lash shedding cycle is. Everyone's lashes are different. Some shed faster than others and some have weaker or damaged natural lashes that can highly affect the retention. Mostly on average, it can normally last 3-6 weeks. You are encourage to come back within 14 days for a refill.
CAN I GET MY EXTENSIONS WET?
Certainly! However you should wait at least 24hrs before getting them wet. But don't worry if you accidentally get your lashes wet before 24hrs because we use a special sealant on all our clients just in case that happens! Please make sure you clean your extensions to prevent any build ups that can causeinfections!
HOW DO I CLEAN MY LASHES?
To clean your lashes, you may purchase our Lash Foam Cleanser that are specifically for lash extensions. It has Tea tea oil that is known for their anti bacterial properties that helps to effectively clean your extensions, making them last longer! For further instructions, click HERE for instructions.
ARE LASH EXTENSION SAFE?
If done properly, yes! Here at Mad Lash SG, we use quality products from Taiwan and Japan. Our glues have low fumes and our lash artists have at least 1-4 years experience. Lash extensions do not damage your natural lashes if they are done properly. We have our usual clients that come back every month with healthy lashes with the help of our Lash Growth Serum that can be used on lash extensions to keep your lashes healthy and strong for the next new set!
